Every year our fellows program is always on the lookout for smart, hungry, passionate, purpose driven and motivated Masters or PHD level students, experienced business professionals or trainees all over the world to join our team for their summer internship or fellowship with us for a period of 3-6 months.
Pezesha fellowship program (PFP), offers hands-on opportunity to apply training skills in real world to create positive impact with our financial products and services that aim to not only empower the underserved across Africa but also impact their lives in the long-term.
PFP enriches you with emerging markets experience and enables participants to enhance skills that are vital for their next stage of a purposeful career after the Fellowship.
From the company standpoint, the fellows are expected to bring a fresh perspective on business challenges and opportunities with their creative problem solving mindset and innovative approach.
